NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Blooming Grove will hold a public hearing on at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026, at City Hall, 200 S. Fordyce, Blooming Grove, Texas 76626, to receive public comments and consider proposed amendments to the City’s Zoning Ordinance text for its Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) Resilient Communities Program Contract No. 23-160-021-E472. The meeting will include a presentation by GrantWorks, Inc., the City’s planning consultant, followed by consideration and possible action by the Commission. The City encourages residents to attend.
